bonjour trés belle hotel , le personnel top trés serviable je recommande ,juste en face du grand musée qui est époustouflant et a 4 km des pyramides , surtout que maintenant pourles taxi il y a UBER pour se déplacer et très peu cher ,un grand merci a tout ce personnel au petit soins pour vous le sejouir etait juste formidable

Ottima posizione di fronte al nuovo Museo Egizio e personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Spettacolare veduta dal roof top dove si fa colazione. Purtroppo durante la nostra permanenza l'ascensore era fuori uso, si sono scusati ed hanno portato loro i bagagli, ma il disagio è rimasto. Riparato il giorno della nostra partenza.

An incredible visit. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They were able to accommodate my mobility disability. The breakfast was fresh with croissants, fresh fruit, cucumber and tomato. I will be staying here any time I am in Cairo. Highly recommend to anyone!

Personnel tres agréable et très accueillant. La chambre et les locaux sont tres propres. A 10 minutes a pied du GEM. Vue sur le musée et les pyramides de notre chambre et du rooftop où nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner. Pas de restaurant sur place mais livraison sur commande de repas type pizza, pâtes...

Topview was modern, clean & very helpful staff, lived the view of the pyramids & grand museum. I would recommend this if you have a budget but looking for good value. Breakfast also really nice, i recommend the baba ganoush, lemon juice & omelette.

Great Staff and beautiful view of the pyramids!

The staff was lovely and very attentive! The hotel is most suited for those interested in going on excisions or spend their days out and about in Giza/Cairo. Excellent price for a clean hotel with a great view of the pyramids.

Cannot believe the value for this place. Quite possibly the best value I’ve ever had at a hotel? Giant room, big bed, comfortable. Good amenities. Staff was so friendly. Insane view of the pyramids and the museum is literally beside. Only thing is if you have mobility issues because I couldn’t find a cross walk and had to run across a highway a few times lol Amazing stay

Food is not recommended. Would eat outside. It’s tasty but it is getting delivered. Lots of noise in the hall one night until 4am. Hygiene could be better. On arrival spoiled food in the fridge Personel very friendly and helpful

The management is very service oriented and are willing to accommodate all requests. They make the efforts to ensure guests are comfortable and taken care of. Room is smallish, bathroom is nice, pyramid view is decent. Food is good. Location of hotel is not so great and you cannot walk around the area. Uber/Cabs will be required at all times one needs to step out.

Un séjour absolument fabuleux, une expérience inoubliable ! Nous avons passé un séjour tout simplement magique dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait du début à la fin ! Un immense merci à toute l'équipe et particulièrement aux serveurs qui sont vraiment au top du top ! Le personnel est extrêmement serviable, d'une gentillesse incroyable et toujours prêt à aider. Face à la moindre demande, ils trouvent immédiatement une solution dans un formidable esprit d'entraide. D'une propreté irréprochable. Le ménage est fait minutieusement chaque jour, les lits sont refaits et les serviettes sont changées quotidiennement. La chambre est aussi très bien équipée : un grand placard pour le linge, une climatisation au top, ainsi qu'une bouilloire avec du café et des tasses à disposition. Quel bonheur de se réveiller avec une vue imprenable sur les Pyramides ! Le petit-déjeuner est un pur délice, avec le choix entre une formule continentale ou orientale, de quoi ravir toutes les papilles. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Une perle rare à Gizeh ! Merci encore pour votre accueil.

We chose the hotel which has an excellent price-quality balance as a base to visit the GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum). It is within walking distance but one must cross a dual carriage way which we preferred to avoid although Egyptians do so constantly. This was the only inconvenience. We stayed for four nights. The hotel was clean and cleaned every day; the shower worked and none of the bathroom facilities leaked as they often do in moderately priced hotels in Egypt. The staff were friendly and very helpful - even printing our museum tickets without charge. We enjoyed the breakfast and considered the ingredients of good quality., The Uber map is not accurate - this is not limited to this hotel but applied to all parts of Egypt we visited during 12 days of travel - Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Bisqash. So have the google map available for any driver you take.
