My stay was average. Had everything I needed to get through my weekend. There was hair in the shower and on the floor in the restroom. I asked for housekeeping to reclean the restroom but it wasn’t done. Very disappointing. Everything else was okay.

After several flight delays we were stuck in Dallas overnight. I booked hotel through Hotels.com late in evening and very tired. Got to hotel and long at check in. Even though I paid for my hotel I was told there were no rooms. There were rooms but no one to clean them. Very upsetting to many in line. I need a refund.
