The hotel is well located and you can walk around. Just most of the staff is like in a bad mood, for example I arrived around 13:00 and the girl in the front desk told me, checking in is at 15:00 or pay extra. I told her I dont want to pay and she gave me back my passport and said come back later. In most of the places, they normally do the paper work so later I can just go to pick up the key but this was not the case.

Staff members (young men) hanging around the lobby near the info desk and they are useless and not helpful @ all. They could help open the doors and helpful to bringing in the luggages.

2泊３日で利用させていただきました。日本語を話せるスタッフもおられ、助かりました。アメニティーが有料のもが多く、事前に確認することがおすすめ。それ以外は特に問題なく、立地もよく快適に過ごさせていただきました。

최근에 제주에서 묵었던 동급의 호텔들 중에서 제일 좋았어요. 가격 대비 좀 좁긴 해도 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었고, 칫솔과 치약, 면도기 등이 유료라서 기분이 좀 안좋긴 했지만 그정도는 넘어갈 수 있었어요. 공항과의 거리도 가깝고 대중버스로 이동하기에도 무리없고, 호텔 셔틀로 공항까지 갔는데, 하루 세번 운행된다는게 좀 아쉽긴 했어요. 조식과 석식의 뷔페도 가격만큼 좋은 재료들로 좋았고, 특히 뷔페에서의 양갈비 구이는 최근에 먹었던 것 중에서 최고였다고 생각해요. 양갈비 자체의 육질도 좋았지만, 물론 요리사님께서 정성껏 구워주셔서 더 맛있었다고 생각해요. 제주도에 가면 메종글래드를 세컨하우스처럼 자주 들를 것 같습니다.
