Front desk staff were very nice , offered us water bottles. The room we stayed in was definitely not the best. Doors were covered in black smears and hand prints , walls were equally as dirty. Stove was cracked and had a hole in the glass. It was a last minute stay for us but pictures definitely make it look much cleaner than in person. I won’t be staying again. Again, staff was welcoming but it was not clean at all and towels were stained , just didn’t feel as if you could touch anything and not need to wash. Also window screen had been cut and window was open upon arrival which was sketchy!

Had to stay because of the bomb cyclone power outage. $120 after taxes for a double bed. Place was quaint, pretty quiet and clean. Higher ceilings made for more space and as it’s not a new and updated place it was quite a pleasant little place near a bunch of food/downtown and freeways. Check in and out was simple and front desk was kind.

⭐ 0 Star Absolutely horrifying experience. This was supposed to be a romantic weekend getaway and my girlfriend’s first-ever trip to the U.S. — instead it turned into a nightmare. When we arrived, the room was filthy beyond belief: • Hair in the bed • Bugs in both the bed and bathroom • Garbage left in the trash • A filthy couch with fruit stems • Every wall was stained and dirty • Rusted light fixtures • Exposed wires where the smoke alarm was ripped out • Suspected mold — our throats hurt within minutes The room looked nothing like the photos online. My girlfriend was in tears when we walked in, completely shaken. We were forced to sleep fully clothed, laying towels over the pillows, and even then couldn’t sleep properly. We emailed the front desk at 6:10 AM the next morning — and got no response. Later that day, we discovered even more bugs. At that point, we grabbed our luggage and left. The city was full (due to Seafair), so we had to sleep on the floor at the airport overnight from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. That’s how bad it was — sleeping on the airport floor felt safer and cleaner. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. This motel should not be listed anywhere online until they address these serious health and safety issues. I’m pursuing a formal complaint and legal action. Avoid at all costs.
