Nice hotel and decent transport links close to underground station. Stayed for 3 night and the room wasn’t made up at any point but I’m guessing that is perhaps standard. One disappointment was that the pillows were really uncomfortable to me. I asked if they had any softer pillows and they didn’t.

It is a beautiful hotel, beautiful hotel room and the staff is exceptional. As an English speaking Canadian visiting, the staff were beyond accommodating and kind. This hotel is a big part of the reason I look forward to returning back to Vienna. Thank you!
