The area is ok, but the installation is in poor condition, no towels, no hand soap, no shampoo, no bath soap. The person from the second shift with the last name Miranda is rude. We checked out by 11:am and my son forgot his headphones We got back after two hours and asked about the items. Then he stood up from his desktop in a challenging way when I said that those items had to appear, I asked if he could ask the housekeeper, and he told me that his personnel are very honest and they are not thieves. I respond that I never say they are thieves. Then he tries to intimidate the police. I told him I did not care because I knew how can defend myself and he could do it whenever he wanted
A few minutes later we left the premises. The next day somebody from the hotel left a message saying that some client found the item on the other side of the desk counter. We went and picked up the item that was raped with a plastic.
For myself, this is a serious problem that do not have to repeat with other customers
