Looks to be a halfway house
Tons of stains all over everything chair, headboard, sheets, no fitted sheet just a flat sheet laid over the bed, hair in the shower, smelled like smoke. Definitely a little bit of a sketchy crowd that looks to live there. Locks that seemed to do nothing and others didn’t work. We paid $130 for this definitely would expect wayy better for that price.

Our bed was a mess, it almost seemed as if someone checked out and they didn’t clean the room up, but my husband and I were so exhausted we didn’t say anything.

I was in town due to a death in the family. This little hotel was a nice break from the tasks at hand. The staff were very nice, always polite and accommodating. They had the coolest cat who I bought treats for. The room was a bit older and weathered, but it was comfortable and clean. A nice quiet retreat after my days of work. Thank you.

DO NOT STAY AT CRIME HOTEL OR AREA
Did not stay.. Drug users, prostitutes all in the hotel.. They wanted to charge a fee for our two registered service dogs.. Since they were not pets they wanted to charge cleaning fee. I refused and left as it is against Federal ADA Rules.. Will not issue a refund. Very shady owners and staff.. Have reported to FL State Attorney, and also in process of Federal ADA office. Desk clerk is son in law of owner, and very rude.. If nothing else the forth coming legal costs and fines will be way more than a refund.. The hotel does say pet friendly, but they try to get around law.. As a Decorated Disabled Military Veteran it is appalling.. This area of Kissimmee FL is all homeless transients, drugs, and prostitutes. DO NOT STAY HERE. We lived down here for 31 years, moved in 2018. This strip on Hwy 192, between The Olive Garden and Medieval Times is so sketchy now. This area is very crime ridden for hotels. Businesses are good.
Front desk clerk with bad attitude, local prostitute and drug user staying on property..

The room here was the most disgusting, dirtiest, moldy, foul smelling, mildewy, bug infested room we have ever stayed in, and we have been abroad in some of the worst third countries in the world. We did not feel safe here. There was NO free breakfast as advertised. There was no housekeeping service between days. Had to get our own clean towels. The room odor saturated our clothes and luggage. Disgusting! Do not stay here no matter the circumstances.

Total scam. If you cancel or no show, they will charge you the entire cost of the reservation plus the penalty, even though I have an email from the hotel stating there is only a 1 night penalty, for NO SHOWS. This all happened during the pending Hurricane Ian. I cant believe this so called business is stealing money from vulnerable people. I was charged almost $500 over the stated penalty. I am disputing the charge and have reported them to the Florida scam hotline.

Disgusting!
This place was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Toilet broken, refridgerator missing any shelves, mirror held up with painter's tape, curtains torn and stained, dead bug in nightstand, door lock not functioning properly, and we both started itching within minutes of being in the room. This room was unsanitary and the interactions of people outside seemed dangerous with the smell of drugs and bags filled in grocery carts. Absolutely unacceptable and owner would not refund. Don't believe if the response from owner tries to downplay or act like I am reviewing the wrong place. This place is a dumpster fire!

The room door are broken big gaps under the doors, they only provide 1 thin bedsheet nothing more to cover yourself with, bathroom could use a upgrade on shower knobs. Random people knocking on door. Over priced for a stayed. Only friendly employee was a guy at the desk and the maintenance.
