Vänlig personal som saknade förutsättningar att göra ett bra jobb. Trånga omoderna utrymmen både boende o sk frukost matsal. "Frukosten" gav vi upp efter första försöket. Badrummet, en inbyggd bajamajan med duschslang.

Get what you pay for
We needed a one night stay in a particular area .this did the job for us , it was cheap ,ok but wasn't fantastic.you get what you pay for .we could have paid three times as much so can't complain, would we stay again yes but not for more than two nights .breakfast was ok , bathroom not sure about !

Very poor hotel!
Very poor hotel. Ive stayed in over 50 hotels in london and this is one of the worst. Room was not the cleanest. Carpets hadnt been hoovered. My room had no towels and only had 1 small pot of milk. I asked for more then they gave me 1 considering i use 3 to make 1 cup of tea. The funniest thing was the breakfast which is displayed as continental. All they serve is drinks, toast and cereal - Thats it! No pastries, eggs nothing. The wifi is also chargabale. I couldn't believe the size on my room when i arrived. The bathroom was insanely small. It smelt of paint. Not sure what they painted as the room needed so much work. The one positive is the lady on reception was nice. But theres no chance i would stay here again! Theres cheaper hotels in london that offer a better hotel for its guests.

En lugtende kælde værelse af skimmelsvamp og mug. Morgenmadens hygiejne kunne gøres bedre, manden fra køkkenet første dag var venlig og imødekommende, tilgængel var damen fra anden dag i køkkenet ikke til at kommunikere med, hun svarede med hæftet stemme som om man har gjort hende noget. Det er et sted jeg aldrig kommer tilbage til og jeg vil hellere ikke anbefale stedet til nogen

Many places that are a bit dated get unfairly bashed online. This one isn't just a bit dated, its actively dirty, and run down. Broken light shades, lights, fittings, furniture. No mattress protector, 1 pillow, a floor you don't want to put bare feet on. Big time mould on shower door, shower head v dirty. Grime and paint oversplash on so much stuff. Smoke from window where smokers smoke and throw cigarette ends into the area outside.

The Grenville is combined with hotel Guilford. hotel. I booked for 3 beds, one night with 2 kids. The pictures i saw while booking was totally the opposite of the room that was given. We were given a basement room. I told the Indian lady i have phobia for basement, She was very arrogant, she said, "if you dont want it someone else will take it immediately". We arrived at about 5pm, very tired with 2kids, she couldn't consider that. She was ready to give the room to someone else. My kids were sad and tired. I had no choice because i had already paid and it is non refundable. Room 401 is in the basement, is the worst hotel room i have ever seen. Very dirty, it smelling, terrible, every corner of the room is dirty and even some dirty tissue on the window rack. I called to ask for Internet wife, another Indian guy picked and demanded 2.50£ for per each phone because we have 3 phones. I told him no i would not pay such, he then arrogantly said, i will give a code for free but know that next time is payable. The staffs are terrible and very hostile. The good thing about this area, is just few stops to St.pancras train station

mi hanno dato una camera nel sottotetto , non sono riuscito a capire da che parte pendeva , perche in qualsiasi posto ti mettevi la cadenza era diversa. il bagno era un cubo di plastica , la doccia aveva lo spruzzino senza un punto di ancoraggio e dovevi tenerlo in mano. lo spazzolino del WC era ancora sporco dagli utenti di prima. la povere sulle mensole e sulle finestre era li da mo' la camera la rifacevano tutti i giorni ma potevano farne a meno che era meglio. le salviette non le hanno mai cambiate le avrebbeto dovute combiare ogni due giorni. solo per la posizione quello che ho speso è ottimo la camera te la fai andare bene ma la pulizia no no zero stelle

Absoloute dirty stinking hole.
Absoloutly disgusting. Would have been better sleeping on bench in soho square. No hot water. Bed and units looked like theyd been pulled out of a skip. Everything was sticky and dirty. Sheets torn. Shower tray black with filth.

Needs improvement, uncomfortable bed
Bed was terrible. Got a really sore back 2 nights in so they changed the mattress, but it wasn’t better, the bed base itself was flimsy and cheap. The pillow was not very good. Staff were friendly. Breakfast finished at 9am, far too early. Room was clean but in corners dust, old coins, pen lid on window cil etc, you can tell a deep clean hasn’t been done in over 6 months. Bathroom sink was small which would be ok if it didn’t have a broken disused soap dispenser in the most awkward position. Bumped my head on it and it fell off. They provide bar soap so an unused soap dispenser is a waste of space. Interiors a bit dated but instead of new curtains and a lick of paint, you’d put up with dated interiors if the bed was comfortable. For a hotel this is a must. The heating in my room was stuck on, so when I returned to the hotel it was so hot. I’d prefer to be able to turn the radiator off. The hotel needs a little fine turning to be more comfortable, remove unnecessary items such as soap dispensers, and extend breakfast until 10am. Would not stay again for the same or similar price other hotels offer comfortable beds and good pillows in a similar location. The owners should have a little more pride in what they do, the staff were hardworking and friendly.

Goede locatie, 24 uursreceptie is goed. Hotel zelf: Veel kleine gehorige kamers. Niet schoongemaakte kamer bij komst. Vloer vies, gebruikte lakens op het bed, prullenbak nog vol, half lege waterflesjes in de kamer. Badkamer: geen warm water uit douche want boiler sloeg niet aan. Kamers zo gehorig dat tv van de buren hele nacht te horen is. Ramen naar buiten tochten zo dat het waait in de kamer. En de drukke straat goed te horen is.Ontbijt: continentaal..... 2 zakken brood, broodrooster, pot pindakaas en pasta, en kuipjes jam. Melk aantal serials en oploskoffie. Personeel maakt de tafel schoon met vuilnis in andere hand, servetten waarmee de tafel schoongemaakt is worden weer onder een glas neergelegd voor volgende gebruiker. Kortom: zoek door! betaal een paar 10tjes meer dat is de frustratie zeker waard!!
