Worst of all
Awful place and people, they are liers and manupolater. They put in discription that Hotel has free parking which is a big lie. You have to find a parking in street at your own risk! Even when you ask the fron desk about it, they are rudly reffer street parking as thiers!!! The batheooms are super small with No ventalization , you cant take a shower because hardly you fit , so cant move your arms, water temperature is changing and is awfully smelly. Beds are super i comfortable and room is very small.neigborhood is very noisy , and the builfing is bery old with narrow ataircase. There is no lift or busboy to hive you a hand. Also in italy Hotels charge city tax 2 euro per adault on top of their price but they even charged my child.

Lovely Boutique Hotel - Excellent Service
Everything was really good. It was unfortunate that the restaurant next door was closed so to a move, but otherwise great place. The wifi can be a bit patchy, but nothing to concerning as we found the same issue across Italy and the Balkins during our travels. All in all, a lovely place and the reception staff gave us alot of help with info for getting around and booking tours.

I liked that it was a very small hotel with personable and informative staff and a breakfast buffet. It was on a busy street but the rooms were very quiet with the windows closed and the air conditioning on. The rooms were quite small. Limited number of restaurants nearby, but there was a bus stop at the site with a pharmacy, cash point, and bar/sandwich place in the same block.

Awful! Basically we didn't even stayed there because our reservation was canceled and our room gave to someone else withouth any type of notice. They practice OVERBOOKING! and give the rooms to "those who pay more" basically.

it was terrible: they had changed our original booking to another hotel which was in a terrible noise triangle traffic area with dirty rooms and bad breakfast. they had just did so without tell us a word until we were arriving and called them on the way.

The room was perfect for two adults and two small children (ages 6 and 8). Breakfast was good, people were extremely nice. Good price and an easy walk to downtown historic Siena. We chose this location based on price, not based on being in the middle of everything (because it is not). I also chose this location so I could park my car. We enjoyed our stay, but would have liked a colder air conditioner :)

Nice, but outside of town
This hotel had a nice staff, but the bed in my room was not very comfortable. The the hotel, it is also a 25 minute walk from the edge of the city. I only had one night in Sienna and wished I had been a bit closer.

Fit for purpose
It you are planning a short stay and do not expect too much comfort and luxury, then this is a suitable choice - you get what's written on the tin. The hotel is a short drive to Siena town centre, outside free parking space is not difficult to find. The family room we stayed is a bit crowded but bearable. Air-con is a bit weak. Overall it is priced rightly for the level of comfort and convenience - you get what you paid for and don't expect too much.

Clean Place but Far Out
Benefits of this hotel were that it is clean and it has a substantial breakfast. However, it is pretty far out from the center of the city. It is about a 30 minute walk or you take the 5, 9, or 10 train into the city. It is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Our room was clean and larger than rooms in Rome. However, the wifi was not always reliable. Also, the air conditioner did not work well and we had to open a window. The shower leaked onto the floor as well. Still, if you are traveling on a budget like we were I would reccomend it.

Small hotel, far from the center
The room was very nice and the manager pleasant and helpful, but the location of the hotel (probably 45 minutes walking from the center) makes it inconvenient for people who, like us, had but a limited time in Siena. Buses and taxis are available. Still, we would have preferred something closer.

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I arrived at the hotel, having flown from London to Florence and driven to Siena, late due to delayed flight. The hotel was open and night staff in attendance. However I was told that I was too late and could not check in! "Come back in the morning" they said. It was 3am before I found another room in Siena. I was so angry I never returned to the hotel. It was located near to a large comopany, who I was visiting, and staff there told me it is known to be a bad hotel.

Satyed 1 night here. About a 20 min walk from station - map was not helpful! 20 mins easy walk into Siena. Staff helpful. Hotel good, but reminded me more of chain hotels. Fine for price.
