Staff at the hotel were very helpful and very nice & friendly. Hotel was in good condition but aging. Reason property was 3 stars was the heater was coming on and off when it switched off. Hotel is super convenient to get anywhere being between two train stations and walking distance to Arc De Triomphe. I would definitely stay here again .

Hidden Gem in Paris alleys….
Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. This is truly a hidden gem. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I had a medical emergency and was taken to hospital after my first night, however the staff kindly packed my belongings and stored them until I could have Uk them collected. Above and beyond and I would highly recommend this hotel especially for its location. Breakfast was also very quant as it is served in a cosy basement level environment. Will definitely be staying again in my next trip. Thank you for everything.

For family of 4 don’t get the family room with a bunk bed and red carpet this room is very old run down depressing and the stairs are not wide enough to walk up to the second floor bedroom you have to tip toe or walk sideways to go to the bedroom. This room does not have a door you enter through the sliding door and there’s no privacy once you open the curtains everyone walking in can see your room. This room has safety issues and shouldn’t be rented out anyone trying to use the bathroom downstairs in the middle of the night might fall down the stairs. We switched rooms and the wonderful reception lady Homeiny was able to accommodate us thank you for that.

The Staff was Super Friendly. We checked in after midnight and the gentleman very kindly helped us into our room. We booked for 3 nights. It was 3 adults so we reserved the room with the stairs. After getting into the room, we realized the stairs were very awkward and a lot steeper than pictured online. There were no working lights along the stairway and we are older and usually need to use bathroom several times a night. My husband almost fell down the truly steep and unregular stairs during the night. There was not even a lght switch upstairs to turn on the lights downstairs. Besides, we had my son sleeping down stairs and didnt want to wake him. Good luck getting any kind of luggage up the stairs. The next morning, we told the very sweet Lady we needed to check out. She seemed genuinely sorry for us. We did lose one nights fee for early check out. I dont know about any of the other rooms, why this hotel got such good reviews, but ours was not good. I do want to say it was clean but needs updating.

O hotel é super bem localizado e cama bem confortável. Num geral bem limpo tambem. Unica coisa a desejar foi o elevador muito pequeno mas acho que isso se deve ao estilo do predio que é antigo. Num geral para poucos dias o local é muito agradável. Voltarei novamente.
