I was placed in a room next to one in which a barking dog had been left alone. Immediately, I was moved to a pet-free zone. The desk manager was very kind and apologetic.

We stayed in a studio suite at the Candlewood Suites while traveling from Colorado to Montana in Aug 2024. The room had been recently updated and was clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean, water pressure and hot water in the shower excellent, beds/bedding comfy, AC worked well. We paid $172 for one night and would definitely stay here again. As a side note, the night we had left Sheridan, I discovered I’d left my pillow in the room. I called and David at Candlewood said they’d found it and would have it waiting for me on our return trip. I was reunited with my pillow 2 weeks later.

The hotel was great but the guests above us had children that were stomping up and down their room and the noise from that was awful. We reported to the staff and they talked to them but the parents continued to allow the noise, I wish they had asked them to leave.
