I Opted for no smoking room. Rooms was stinking with smoke smell. The support staff tried their best to give good room. But they don’t have any better room to offer me. As I don’t have option to move to another property after a long drive. I compromised and stayed for a night. Checked out next day. And I and my wife very disappointed and couldn’t continue the trip. Returned to home. Requesting team to get the refund ASAP.

First room they check us into hadn’t been cleaned. The other room lacked proper linen. The coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned. Still had grounds in it from previous brews. Overall condition of the room was poor. Outside was dirty We had stayed there before but won’t again.
