disappointing
Looking forward to our stay, especially using the pool & hot tub, only to find out it was out of service until the end of December, booked via hotels.com, app didn’t mention this & bought it up to front desk staff, she had mentioned pool & hot tub was advertised as being out of service on main ramada webpage, it was not! otherwise I would have booked a different hotel but the hotel was already prepaid, the hotel rate was overpriced especially for a small town. Not impressed the room itself was fine, clean and quiet, breakfast was ok.

No house keeping.
Front desk staff are great at what they do, but this place has no good housekeeping staff. I stayed here on this trip for 6 nights, after the first night the room was not made up. I returned from work to a room that the bed was not made, garbage not removed and no new towels. I notified the front desk and they know they it has happened before. Night stands not wiped down, the list goes on. I’m not that picky but for the price I pay for a room, it should be better

We arrived very late and the staff graciously gave us extra checkout time, so the family could enjoy the pool and waterslide. It was a great mini vacation for us. The breakfast was good, service was good and everyone we met there was friendly. We would definitely return and recommend Ramada by Wyndham in Westlock .
