Worth staying at Ramada in Burkburnett.

Hotel was easy to find, came off I44 north at #12 first right and there it was Older hotel but in very good shape. nice size room, very comfortable king size bed. Had a small dog with me, no problem and no extra charge for dog. Fast food close by and gas stations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was excellent.

I booked and paid for a double queen size room but received a king size room. Front desk tried to get us another room but none was available. She was kind enough to give us extra sheets for my son to sleep on the floor. The toilet water runs once in a while.

We called down to the desk and they said they were trying to fix it but by the time we left the next morning it still wasn’t fixed. No Hot Water in entire Hotel. Was told about it after checking in. Called desk about tv remote. Desk said they would have to call manager about what to do. It's a tv remote really. Breakfast was almost non existent. Worst service I've ever had in a hotel at this level. This Hotel began as a Hampton Inn, Then Red River Inn and then a Best Western and now a Ramada. The worst stay at this hotel ever as I have stayed here previously when it was owned by the other 3. This wont be my last review on social media. People need to be warned.

Bad experience

The sliding doors did not open, the tub had a ring of rust around it. The suite door didn't open and close correctly. The hallway had an older to it like very old carpet. The hallway looked very old and out dated. The staff did not look clean at all. Our experience was not great for our 20th anniversary.
