Having to pay an additional $15 per night for hotel parking is terrible! No mention of this when I booked. There was also construction happening on the second floor that probably prompted a fire alarm. The construction is fine. Even the fire alarm being triggered is fine, however no one made any attempt to notify guests that there wasn't an emergency. Poor customer service in my opinion.

The construction was loud and the only working ice machine was 2 floors away. Further there were no restaurants onsite. They also continuously said my vehicle wasn’t registered even though it was.
