Rude front desk employee. Dirty rooms. The room floor was extremely dirty (dirtiest room we stayed in out of the 5 hotels we stayed in for our italy holiday) The older front desk staff on duty on the morning hours of Oct 30 was quite rude despite us being easy and very polite. He seemed automatically irritated with anything we inquired about. Its a Shame because EVERYONE in Sorrento was so kind and friendly, except the said front desk employee of this hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and truly loved our visit. The hotel is in an excellent location, safe and walkable to all the main areas including the beach. ALL of the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The bedroom was a good size with patio comfortable for us to enjoy an evening drink on enjoying the view. Our only complaint is the bed and pillows were ultra firm. Would be nice to at-least have softer pillows but all of our hotels through our Italy trip had this same issue so maybe it’s just a local thing. This would not prevent us from booking here again as it was a great hotel. Thank you the the staff for the excellent service!!

This is one of the most conveniently located hotels in the city center of Sorrento. Perfectly in the center without being noisy. The staff is very informative and helpful, the breakfast is amazing and Rocco was very nice. There are not many hotels in yen area that can accommodate a family of 4 and the rooms were very spacious without requiring two rooms. The pool area was very nice as well and relaxing. The one thing that the hotel did not have was a sea view but as we were only using the hotel to sleep and change , this was perfect for us. I recommend it highly.

I was fortunate enough to receive an early check-in (1:00). The room was pretty and receiving a bottle of spumante was a bonus! The shower was strange in that the door opened inward. So it was awkward to manner into the shower that way. And the Blinds didn’t open In the room so it was quite dark. It would have been nice to see out end of the view wasn’t nice.
