They denied my booking. Said they are not having tie up with Hotels.com. and was made to pay again for a fresh booking. No Wifi , Room TV not working, No drinking water !

They made us wait for over an hour to pull up our reservation on their system. There were no towels in the room. No apology for inconvenience and charged us for water during checkout when we had not even used it.
