The staff was friendly, helpful, quick to respond, and great all around. The loft rooms were pretty spacious, but there were a few cramped spots that would have been uncomfortable for taller people.
The lack of an elevator was a concern when I checked in. I was traveling with my elderly parents and one of my legs was not a happy camper and having rooms on the 3rd floor was challenging the first day. But they carried out luggage to the rooms for us, which helped tremendously.
The breakfast food was a bit of a disappointment, but the staff kept everything stocked and plentiful. It would have been nice to have at least one or two hot items, excluding the oatmeal and toast that were always present.
It was cold enough for the last two days of our stay (in August!) that they had the fireplace going. The smell of the burning wood was really nice and it was a nice treat.
