Unacceptable stay. Bed bugs in the room and cockroaches spotted during the night. Unable to sleep and reported immediately, but no alternative room was available, leaving me stuck in those conditions at 2am. Cleanliness is extremely poor and clearly not being managed to a basic standard. The surrounding area also feels unsafe with visible street disorder and anti-social behaviour, which significantly impacts the stay. Would not return and cannot recommend this property.

Super dark rooms and upholstery. Friendly staff and easy to reach main station. Yes, my bedroom was spotless and the staff were very helpful, polite, and yesssssss courteous. My bedroom was really cold, the moment I reported to reception desk Ahmed 'immediately' got unto it and sorted it. The breakfast was fine with good range of choices , the 2 ladies would go from table to table to ask anyone needed anything else.
