The front desk woman was 5 stars. And that is all that was. ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! Our shower. Our floor. The hallway. Other rooms. Gross! Water leaking from shower. Walls were falling apart. Carpet was dirty. So sad. Was an awful place to stay. Never again. Good job to HR for the hire of the front desk night person. But that is all the food I can say. Super yuck. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We enjoyed our stay. They were friendly and the check-in was smooth. The handle on the toilet was loose and I called the front desk to let them know. They immediately sent the repair man to fix it. The beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay again!

Everything was clean and the room ready with no issues. Quite, which I like. The only time I interacted with staff was at check in and out and both were very friendly, and made me feel welcomed. I would stay here again if the need arises.

Don’t get me wrong it’s on par with all the HIE I ever stayed at but my room was extremely damp even after running ac all day/night. Floor (carpet) smelt moldy was very damp and turned our feet black. Staff were extremely positive!! It was just that the floor/room was not good. Maybe there’s a leak or something?
