An excellent hotel. Friendly, attentive, caring, and professional staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet with a wide variety of food choices. Several other excellent restaurants are also on site.The spa employees were excellent and very professional. A convenient place to stay if you want to be picked up for your sightseeing tours. I have been all around the resorts in cancun for many years and so far this is one of the most disappointing resorts Ive stayed at. The resort itself is okay, not a lot of place to sit with shade & if its windy they dont want the umbrellas to be opened. Ive read a few bad reviews on this resort and im not one to believe until i experience it myself. We stayed 3 nights 4 days & everyday for breakfast there wasn’t much meat selection just the nasty turkey sausage & recycled stews from dinner buffet the night before. We had to ask the servers for bacon & they would give small amounts. Youre better off ordering room service and paying the 5 dollars fee. During dinners you cant ask them for more than 1 dish on restaurants which i thought it was all inclusive ive never had this issue with other resorts which i get it people waste food all the time but some of the dishes weren’t edible. The food overall was so bland and the most devastating part was their tacos, it was so horrible i was expecting it to be atleast seasoned. The only thing good about this resort is the mango margarita with chamoy and tajin rim.

I’ll start with the positives. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and relaxing mixed with entertainment. However the thing I didn’t enjoy was it wasn’t catered so people who like to sleep in. Construction was happening with banging a couple hours in the morning next to our room. And the food options inside the hotel ended in the afternoon forcing you to go out into the heavy humidity to get food if you didn’t come down in time. Also the food and drinks near the pool ended pretty early making us have to wait and dry off to then be able to eat inside. Only place it felt I could get a drink whenever was at the lobby bar. Overall good stay but dining options and schedule could use some fine tuning

Property is really nice, staff was great, food was really good. Ocean view was amazing. The only downside is the many stairs someone with bad knees can have a hard time. There are ramps but still there is a lot of walking to get to the beach or the restaurants closer to the beach. On the front of the hotel if you schedule a tour make sure you give yourself enough time to get to the meeting point again you have to go down the stairs or the ramp.

Property was clean, staff was very friendly. However construction going on, AC was not cold and the food was subpar. All inclusive drinks for room is not true, no alcohol in room just 2 beers. It is not unlimited, if you need a refill (soda/water/anything) it’s $5 fee each refill within 24 hours. Buffet was a D especially - Salon Maya. Good thing there was room service which was ok. Bars close by pool at 6. Lobby at 12am. I’ve been to Cancun a number of times at all inclusive resorts. Unfortunately, Will not be recommending.
