the floor was not clean. room was missing an arm-chair despite booking for supreme king room. the juice machine was broken in the breakfast area. waffle mix finished by 7:30am and no re-fill. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Would not go back to this hotel. The only positive thing I have to say is that the beds were comfortable. Advertised having hairdryers in the room - there were none. Advertised having coffee makers in the room - ours was broken. The sink drain wouldn't drain, the alarm clock was broken, and there is no real ADA access through the hotel doors. To add insult to injury, we spent we spent an hour, two nights in a row listening to a little dog across the hall whine and cry and bark even though their rules say that pets cannot be left unattended. I guess it is true what they say -- you get what you pay for.
