Great views from the top floor. The room was small, but we were offered a larger one on a lower floor, which was appreciated. It did get very warm, and without air con, we had to keep the blinds shut during the day to manage the heat as we had no air-con. Breakfast was great — plenty of options and good quality.

Nice place to stay. Staff are very helpful. One thing might be better to consider for people who carry large luggage because there are some stairs or steps. Suggest to change if possible in future. When we checked out, staff helped to carry luggage out. Overall, this is excellent hotel and has panoramic views from top to whole city.

Amazing view from the top floor bar, possibly the best view of the city. Staff were really friendly and accommodating and the rooms were very nice, clean and furnished to a high standard. The stay was great! The check-in was smooth and staff was very professional, respectful and overall nice. You feel welcomed. The hotel is kept clean, same as my room so I felt comfortable. Great location, close to bars, restaurants, railroad, cathedral, market square, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Just a short walk from the train station and relatively easy to find. Staff were excellent at welcoming us. The hotel is in a good location, central and easy to access everything. We were even able to walk to Loyly sauna despite there being ice on the pavements. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was of a good quality with good variety. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with views of the skyline. However, if you're going for a queen bed - be careful. The sheets don't fit properly so it was not a comfortable rest as it kept crumpling up in the middle of the night.
