Wonderful stay.
This hotel was perfectly adequate for our cross-country trip. It is in a slightly lower rent area, but the hotel itself was very well kept and safe. The laundry facilities were very clean and Camille (the bartender) was so very friendly and helpful.

Their pizza place is terrible.
The room was fine. The presidential pizza place was awful. The hotel likes to play up their complementary room delivery service... but it wasn't great. They seemed nice enough on the phone, but they forgot the drinks we ordered when they delivered the food. When we asked the guy about the drinks he barked at us while walking away to call them back about it. So I called them back, they answered, I explained the issue... silence.... silence... "hello"? silence... then finally a new person came on and said "your drinks will be right up". Knock at the door a few minutes later. Drinks on the floor, guy walking away again. We got three room temperature bottles of soda. Oh, and for two orders of cheesecake, we were given a single plastic spoon and knife.

Sherell, was very attentive and listened to my complaint about the coffe machine being broken at breakfast and assured me she would notify staff of problem. The only concern i had (that i did not bring attention to) was condensation in window, it seemed to be a lot! I was in room 406. I took a cideo but cant upload it here

Rooms were very nice. Clean and beds were comfortable. Very nicely ce for the price. Went to a concert at Simmons Bank arena. So pretty close to venue. Hotel just in a kinda weird place off the interstate. But would stay again.
