Great customer service
Due to an injury the night before I flight, I was unable make the trip. But the good customer service at Hotels.com and the good customer service at Excalibur kindly arranged for me to have a refund of the first night that normally would have been charged. This raises my respect for Excalibur. I've been inside the hotel before and found it clean and with some great good options. Hope to go back on my next business trip there.

Quick trip to Vegas. Coming in to the city for a game and show. Checkin was okay. Excalibur is fine place if you are looking for no amenities and just a clean place to sleep. I like that the lobby is open but one draw back is when you get there you are bombarded with time share offers. I love the fact that there is not a lot of smoke in the lobby either.

Family vacation
It was good overall children friendly and nice room service. The hotel staff was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The kids enjoyed the play area and activities organized for them.
