Be careful of non mentioned charges
Several issues. I always pay at the property just because I don’t want surprise charges I gotta deal with later.. The morning we are to arrive, my card to “guarantee “ the rooms was charged. I had 3 rooms reserved with 2 of the rooms being paid my sisters traveling with me. Problem 1.. Problem 2. No where on the Hotels.com did it mention a deposit per room. Problem 3. Elevator still broke.. looks like it’s been that way for Months. Problem 4. One of the rooms was charged to my card and the deposit was to my sisters card. How ridiculous. If she’s paying the deposit, wouldn’t common sense says she’s paying for the room?? Rooms were noisy and hallway loud!

Bathroom in need of cleaning/ check in process som
There was hair (at least 2 different types), on the bathtub visible to the naked eye. There were strands of black and brown hair. Since I’m nearly devoid of hair, I can say with certainty that the hair on this bathtub does not belong to me. The bathtub/shower remained untouched by yours truly.
During the check in process, the clerk asked for license and made a copy of it without asking, and then, couldn’t explain why it was necessary. To the untrained eye it looked like a very good opportunity for someone to be a victim of identity theft (and for someone else to benefit from such potential identity theft)

Never again will staying here
1 I’m disabled and they put me n a 4 floor when I told the desk he said i will change your room tomorrow.i told him I will be living in the morning
2 the elevator did not work so I have to walk up 52 steps
3 the website say they have a pool but I stay in the same hotel 2 years ago n they were fixing the pool today still not fix so they need to remove the pool from they website

Bad experience
Our room was in the 4th floor.
The elevator was not working.
Once we got to the room the key did not work and we had to go and get another one (mind the elevator was out of service).
Once we finally got in the room it was infested with ladybugs and flies which was disgusting.
The swimming pool was empty.
All they offered for breakfast was boiled eggs, waffles and cereal, the coffee machine was dispensing hot water instead of coffee the ice machine was out of service as well.

Elevator didn’t work and we were on the top floor. Room had a stale cigarette smell too. Bed was very comfortable and the room itself was clean. It was the elevator that really was the reason for the 2 stars.

I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone homeless person in lobby and people milling around the lobby and outside. By the looks of the motel it needs to be cleaned and refurbished. Very scary and they said they would put us on the 1st floor and the elevator was broken and they wanted us to go to the 2nd floor that’s okay if you’re middle age or younger we are in our 70’s and my husband has many health issues and can’t claim stairs. No way would we ever stay there.

Nice hotel that is set back from the road so it's a little more private than some. The staff was amazing. The second shift desk employee was AMAZING. We had a few issues when we checked in, with the room and the TV. He insisted on coming to the room to help. Fixed everything. Was so nice and personable. Would definitely return when we are in town.
