Pleasant and friendly staff and lovely hotel.
Great stay, a little noisy at 06:30 the day the market was on in the road right outside the hotel but not a problem. If I was to have a complaint it would be about the number of mirrors everywhere so fine if you like looking at yourself all the time. Overall a pleasant stay in good sized room with comfortable beds. The breakfast choices are extensive and I liked the use of the QR code to find out about the hotel and it’s surroundings as well to use for ordering food.

The front desk are amazing, they helped us a lot, I'm a disabled customer and they treated me very well specially Alessia anshe went above and beyond to help me Nicola was also very very helpful, we had a few special situations due to external issues and they were a tremendous help.
