Don't stay here!
Shocking level of communication in advance, despite two unanswered requests for clarity sent in good time, leaving me standing on my own in a dark street late in the evening, in the rain. Very stressful.
I then had to make international calls to chase down how to get into the apartment, instead of them trying to contact me to help me. I was even 'told' to download an app in order to communicate! (The local manager was eventually persuaded otherwise.)
I was especially really unhappy to find myself with no TV service for the entire duration of my stay...I was looking forward to that and, as a solo traveller in winter, it was important to me. Slow or no response to some messages about fixing it and a late attempt by the local manager to fix it failed. No compensation offered by the owner.
Other things: no sign at the door to know you are in the right place, broken handrail on the way up to the apartment, have to stand on chairs to access pots and pans etc - very dangerous.
Works on the path outside at the time of staying so if you want quiet during the day, now is not the time.
Can't fault the comfort and general cleanliness...though it was all very 'Ikea'. Also, in decades of travelling, it's the first time I was ever expected to put on my own duvet cover, except when staying in a youth hostel!
Overall, very disappointed to find a property managed like this on Hotels.com and I would not recommend it, or the managing company 'direct-booker', to anyone.
Stay somewhere else.
