Beautiful views but poor hot water shower

Premium location and views. Stayed in the Emerald Suite and the views were impeccable! I will disregard the amount of stairs you have to climb to get to this property, but my main complaint is the hot water shower. The hot water shuts off after 10 minutes in the shower. Not fun at all. Stavi was out guest service person and was very respectful and responsive.

Diamond Luxury Suites are outstanding! Spacious well designed with a fabulous balcony view. Right on the promenade so you a short walk from shopping and dining options. But what really sets this place apart is the service. Stavi and her crew are fabulous and quickly respond to any need or request. Stay here!

Our host Anastasia was very excellent, she kept in touch with us 2 days ahead of our arrival making sure we got all the help we needed. We had late arrival but our host make sure we had a pick up from the airport something we didn’t include in our booking and she also had someone waiting to help us carry luggage to our room. Over all it was a great stay and everything was perfect by the host. I will book with them again if I have to.

Diamond Luxury Suites has been one of my best stays in the past 10 years of traveling. The interior is absolutely stunning, with a unique and beautifully designed cave-style concept that feels both luxurious and cool. One of the standout features is the excellent luggage service—having our bags taken to and from the suite was incredibly convenient and thoughtful! A special shoutout to Anastasia for making our stay truly exceptional. She reached out a day before check-in to confirm our arrival time and provided helpful tips to ensure a smooth experience. Her detailed explanations made sure we knew how to operate everything inside the suite. When we encountered an issue with the hot water, she responded immediately and sent a colleague to fix the heater right away. I was truly impressed by her efficiency and dedication. I highly recommend staying at this incredible suite when visiting the island—you won’t regret it!

The property was absolutely beautiful, but it was very disappointing to see the housekeepers and personnel smoking all over the place and throwing cigarette butts and plastic wraps on the beautiful stairway

It was my first time in Santorini and I felt well taken care of by Elena, Anastasia and two gentlemen (the staffs that were responsible for my suite). They made sure I had transportation and recommendations for places to go or restaurants. They always checked in on how I’m doing what I might need. I feel like home away from home. Thank you for the hospitality!! The pearl suite was so comfortable, there’s AC and WiFi. The view outside was amazing!! I’d recommend if you want to have a pool/jacuzzi you will have to book the right suites! I would highly recommend to anyone:)

We highly recommend the Diamond Luxury Suite (Ruby) for your next stay in Santorini! Veronica was an amazing host who provided us with wonderful recommendations and tips for the area. The rooms are away from the high traffic areas, which does mean more steps, but worth it for the views! The outdoor pool is great and we really enjoyed breakfast in the mornings on the patio.

Staying in the Diamond Luxury Suites: Sapphire property FAR exceeded my expectations. We took a leap of faith and it was amazing! Veronica, the host, hired a driver and met us at in Oia and walked us to the property. I read about a lot of stairs, believe me, this was not a lot of stairs and they were NO big deal to me (53YO) my hubby and daughters (15 and 19). The wall down was beautiful. My jaw was dropped the whole time. Only problem was I wanted to keep taking pictures! Once we got in the property I couldn't believe how amazing the layout was and how beautifully it was decorated. It had everything we needed! The pool area was amazing too. We didn't even want to leave the property. The view was beyond gorgeous from the sea to the cave homes. We could stare at it for hours! It was a little out of our comfort zone renting a place that wasn't a hotel. But luckily I read the reviews and comments everyone made about the host Veronica. She handled everything we needed. She arranged our rides, dinner reservations and boat cruise. Here and there I had a random question and I'd message her on What's app and she got back to me with great recommendations almost immediately. The location was also ideal. When you stay in this prop, you can kind of see a lot of the action/business from a distance but it wasn't in our space. This was a 5/5 star experience from beginning to end! I highly recommend this property to couples or families. Take me back!

Renligheten måste bli bättre. Annars är det ett jätte fint ställe att stanna på. Men renligheten måste bli bättre. Framför allt badrummet och poolområdet.

Perfect in every way!

Absolutely Amazing Experience, can't wait to go back! Veronica the property manager was the best I've ever dealt with. We travel around the world and never had such service, hospitality, responsivness and kindness from being picked up at the airport, to the superman carrying our heavy 50lbs luggage's (4 of them!) down the windy steps to our diamond suite. Stayed 4 nights and we had everything we needed. Perfect location, beautiful views of white villas, blue dome churches, and mountains. We got a lot of restaurant recommendations, theres plenty of choices around, easy to book table for 4 at sunset. Delish seafood, Greek salads, and Greek desert wine! We did our research, as should anyone that chooses a villa and knew there would be steps to go down, YOU ARE IN SANTORINI! Most villas are on a hill. That is part of the island beaty. If anyone complains about it, I don't know what they expected. We will be booking this property again!

I don't write reviews that often, but needed to here... We had a poor experience during our 3 night stay here. The property manager met us with a porter at a meeting point, and the walked us down what was 93 extremely steep steps (we counted) to the property which was on the cliff overlooking the caldera. The positives: (1) The views we stunning, and the suite (we were in Citrine) was well appointed. The negatives: (1) Extremely inconvenient location - 93 steep down (to get to) and back up (to get back to the main street). Very unfriendly for kids, and even us adults. (2) The porter who helped us with our bags honestly almost destroyed the wheels. They didn't have a luggage cart so the bags were dragged all over cobblestone streets extremely roughly. (3) Very limited food options around, nothing for delivery (climb up those 93 steps!) (4) Room cleaning was once every 2 days, very limited amenities (5) On checkout day, the porter was very rude and pushy, constantly knocking on and at one point opening the door to the suite while we were changing! Definitely NOT a 5 star experience, and NOT worth the price we paid. I would not recommend this place.unfortunately.

Best honeymoon ever!

Prior to our stay at Diamond Suites, Veronica was incredibly helpful in planning our special honeymoon trip. She assisted with booking exceptional transfers and arranging local attractions, such as an amazing wine tour she made extra special. Check-in was seamless, and the porters kindly carried all our bags to our Sapphire Suite, which we greatly appreciated. Veronica also gave us a tour of the suite and offered excellent dining recommendations. The suite was fantastic: spacious, with highly effective air conditioning, a large fridge to keep our drinks cold, and very comfortable beds. We often overslept because they were so cozy. The rooftop was wonderful, offering a lovely view and relaxing sunbeds, including a comfortable mattress-style one. The hot tub was great, and Veronica promptly adjusted the temperature whenever needed. Although we only stayed for three nights, we wished we could have stayed longer due to the comfort and proximity to Oia's local shops and restaurants. Even during the rest of our honeymoon in Firostefani, Veronica continued to check in, providing valuable knowledge, advice, and impeccable recommendations that enhanced our trip. We highly recommend staying here. Veronica was an exceptional host who truly made our trip memorable.
