Not nice
The people working there were nice we had two rooms the first room had a burn hole in the bed spread no smoke detector was missing wires where there were it was supposed to be The second room was in bad shape the shower had a big crack though the wall of the shower the wall had a big patch where it looked like they had a water leak somewhere there was moisture in the room they had a dehumidifier running in the room along with the air conditioner the Mirror had rust all over it an the coffee maker when I put water in it ran right out of the bottom
They repaired I guess a leak it was right beside the bed
The rust because of the moisture in the room
That is the crack that was in the shower wall
The dehumidifier that was running all night because of the moisture in the room

Our stay was not the greatest. First off we had no heat whatsoever. The room stayed 59 degrees all night. We got there so late and were exhausted and didnt have the energy to change rooms again when after an hiur we noticed it was getting colder and colder not warmer in the room. The light over the sink didnt turn on. The water in the bathtub didnt drain. It was just not a great experience for us!

Dont stay here.
For a nin smoking hotel, the room reaked of smoke. There was ahuge body size dent in the wall. The head board i had to wash down from not being cleaned from prior guest apparently having a sexual incointer. This is by far worst hotel in Foley. Obviously a family owned business. But never take a family there. Dont stay here. Try the Econo Lodge across the street for same price.

First room stank so bd and the floor was wet all over, swapped rooms the next one the half the lights didn't work, blood on underside of toilet, pretty sure drugs was on my ice tray from previous tenants, was expected empty a dehumidifier during my stay, curtain was thin and blocked hardly any light. Housekeeping came took dirty towels but didnt replace them and didn't even empty the trash.

The room tub was visibly repaired many times, had to empty an air purifier 3x in less than 12hrs, cigarette holes in blankets, splatters all over walls & ceilings, toilet paper holder came out the wall, broken fridge, ripped blankets, and we got sick from breakfast meat….staff was nice though.

6/10 Good

First, the staff was lovely and super helpful with things we needed. The place was certainly not booked up, we arrived early and they let us check in upon arrival. The room itself was clean. It was basic necessities, no frills. That is what we expected. The bathroom, however, was in need a serious help. There was mold and mildew around the bottom of the toilet and seams in the tub, the toilet seat was peeling badly, and was just all around somewhere I wouldn’t want to shower or bathe. The mattress was very comfortable but pillows were incredibly flat. The front desk provided additional pillows with no trouble. When we settled for the night to watch television and relax, the TV did not work and the remote was missing the cover for the battery compartment. We again checked with the desk and the gentleman on duty was helpful and came to the room and located the sensor that had been hidden behind the TV. After he left, it still didn’t work from the bed. We had to untie the sensor and drape it across the furniture piece to get it to work properly. Breakfast was lacking, waffles and cold sausage. Microwave was unplugged and the plug was bent so badly it couldn’t be plugged in anywhere. Warning tray for sausage was not turned on. No eggs or hot water for oatmeal. The waffle was tasty so we were good. Overall, despite some minor issues, we got exactly what we expected, a place to sleep for a night. I would stay again, we didn’t expect perfection; customer service goes a long way.

The location is great. Next to Tanger Outlets. The refrigerator had mold and bug in the tray. Wall, bathroom door stained, rusty, tissue holder rusty, mirror black stains. Bathroom floor dirty.

2/10 Poor

I was first given room 108 which had a horrible smell of mold (all rooms had this smell) was water on the floor from the fridge and the tub didn’t work but the water constantly ran. Then I was shown 110 which had a leaking ceiling and water throughout the floor. Then I was shown 204 & 205. 205 floor was completely saturated with water and the floor mat was dirty. I chose 204 because there wasn’t as much water in the floor and the mold smell wasn’t as strong as the other rooms. The breakfast wasn’t full like other quality inn’s (no boiled eggs nor scrambled eggs.. just sausage. Only had Raisin Bran and fruit loops, mini muffins, bread and bagel. They also had the waffles with juice and coffee. For the price I paid, this was RIDICULOUS. They should make sure the rooms are presentable BEFORE given a key for them. There were several others complaining about the same thing…WHICH IS NOT GOOD. I will NEVER stay at this establishment again.
