Don’t Stay Here
There were flies in my room and I spent nearly all night trying to kill them. Stains on the walls and doors, towels were dingy. I booked a king bed and they put me in a room with 2 queen beds. I drove from Houston and it was about 9 hours so I was too exhausted to argue.

Terrible Stay
La Quinta has never let us down but our stay last night was terrible. Walking into after arriving, we were met with several flies. TV was not cable ready and bed was very noisy and not comfortable. People upstairs very noisy too. I tried addressing to person at desk but he looked like he couldn’t be bothered. He was checking in several guys but he could just say “ I’ll be with you shortly but he wouldn’t even look my way. “

The floor was still dirty, the refrigerator was broken when I got there, the phone didn’t work either. The sink smelled awful and the tub drain was clogged. The other tenants were horribly noisy.

Good room. Comfortable. Good shower. Good bed. I do take issue with being charged an additional $25 when I checked-in; I told them that yes, I have a dog. My dog is well-trained and has never caused a problem. I carefully read all the info on your site. It said ‘pet friendly’ and it made NO MENTION OF AN EXTRA $25 per night for a dog; I would have stayed somewhere else that is dog- friendliER. It is bad form, probably borderline illegal to say one thing and do another, especially as I prepaid. Otherwise, it was a nice place.
