I like staying at Quality Inn hotels, the staff is always friendly, the beds are comfortable and they have a decent breakfast. Unfortunately, this time Quality Inn charged me during check-in, even though it was a prepaid reservation (Expedia). I know it's normal for hotels to ask for a credit card as a guarantee if something goes wrong with the room, but this time Quality Inn actually took money from my card. As a Brazilian, I pay tax if I use a credit card abroad and the refund comes back without that tax. Not good.
