"The concept is great and the facilities are good however the restaurant is really bad. Breakfast buffet is quite ok but the rest really isn’t good. Most staff members seem to be student, they’re very helpful and friendly but need to be coached by professionals to improve their customer service skills.
The kids loved the playground and the other activities available so we will certainly come back.
There should be towels made available at the swimming
