"This is a very comfortable hotel in a quiet setting facing the sea. It has chargers for electric cars on site which are accessible using electoverse among other methods. Parking is plentiful and free. Food is excellent and the hotel is within walking distance of Cabourg town centre if you want to try something different.
Beds are very comfortable and the in room tvs allow guests to cast from their own devices so we enjoyed our programmes on the big screen!

"We had a great stay at the Barriere Royal. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. As we are kosher they not only were able to heat up our food for us but picked it up for us since the establishment wouldn’t deliver. The spa was great, breakfast was delicious and expansive. It is right off the beach and walking distance to all the great shopping. The hotel does feel like it needs a refresh - much of the decor is old. Also I was disappointed to have been charged such a hefty fee to get a beach chair given that it is a beach hotel. "
"The hotel is near the beach and the estuary. There is plenty of cheap parking nearby. Our only criticism is that there is no air-conditioning. Apart from that we would recommend the hotel. The town is well worth visiting. "
"Great stay to explore Normandie. The breakfast spread was amazing. We had the family suite, 2 levels and very private. Bathroom and cups/dishes could be a bit cleaner, otherwise the rooms, bedding were all great. Free night parking right outside. Felt very safe at the marina. "
