"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

was extensive with extras available from the kitchen. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was fabulous. The bar very comfortable and welcoming. We used the spa and again it was clean and an experience to enjoy. Absolutely recommend a stay here."
