"Kelsey was so nice and pleasant checking us in. I had reservations for two queen beds. Upon arrival to the room it was only one king bed. When I went back to the front desk to ask about the mix up, Kelsey had to call the GM. The GM had apparently changed our room to one king but I was not notified and they had no other queen rooms available. They called surrounding properties and found nothing else. Kelsey handled it very well and apologized for not being made aware ahead of time. They did offer...

was great. Bed and pillows were comfy and clean. Bathroom and shower were beautiful. My only complaint would be the shower cleanliness. There was hair and dirt handprints on the inside walls of the shower. It looked like they hadn't cleaned the shower. Other than that, everything was great. "

"Room was clean and quite. Convenient location to stores and restaurants. Bed was not comfortable for my tastes, might be OK for others. Staff was friendly. Issue with key cards, they are not coded long enough for your stay so on day you will be leaving had to have them coded again so I could get back in the room to finish getting luggage. "
