"It was off peak season. So the place was relatively quiet and not many other guests around.
Service staffs at the reception and restaurants were helpful and courteous even though they didn't speak much English.
Our traditional Japanese room was clean and beautiful. Yukata was provided in room and could be worn around the hotel. We opened the window for better ventilation as cool temperature was refreshing. The only gripe was that the window does not have grille, which can be a little dangerous with young child around.
Since this hotel also has onsen facilities, we got to experience Japanese bath and hot spring water.
Breakfast and dinner were included in our package. Dinner was great with wide variety of food. Breakfast selection could be better."
"Location was really good. Only about a 7 min walk to subway station. Hotel was amazing. I booked the club floor room, so could have spent zero yen on food for the whole trip if I really wanted to. The bar was absolutely perfect. Cocktails were amazing. "
"The hotel is more than nice for the price, you get more, I think is more designed for local nationals that arrive in their cars, you can rent but if you dont split the car rental fare between several people then it would be the same to stay at a ski in ski out, the hotel have shuttles to the mountain, but you have to know their location and pick up spots.
The hot springs are awesome, good breakfast included.

"The Niseko Ski Lodge lives up to its name--a rustic ski lodge.
The staff were super friendly, and international.
Upstairs rooms mostly share a bath, but we had a room with a private bath. The pre-fab bathroom was tiny and weirdly placed with a ~10" step up. Room size was good, but it was stiflingly hot with the radiator heat. We were unable to turn it down enough to get a comfortable temperature without opening the windows.
Getting to Niseko Village gondola base (not the main base by the Hilton) was a trek--15 mins. I carried my skis and boots to make it more reasonable to walk. Bus is a 5-minute walk, but infrequent enough that walking was preferable.
Food was adequate--not particularly good or much variety, but OK.
