"Hotel location is perfect! Inner Harbour - walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. Staff went above and beyond to take care of us. Helpful and pleasant. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasty. We will absolutely come back"

"We didn’t dine here as it was out of our price range. I loved our room, amazing view. I found it was a little further from the action and shops in Victoria but it was quiet so that’s the trade off I guess. Kids loved the pool, I would’ve liked a hot tub for myself and partner. Great service from the staff. "

"I traveled with a friend and we had the suite with the pullout sofa. The only negative is that the furniture is dated — which didn’t bother me, but seems to cause a lot of unnecessary hate in the reviews. We had a lovely balcony and could see the harbor between the buildings. It was a great place for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings. The hotel is close to the downtown attractions and parking is easy. There is a breakfast/lunch restaurant attached to the hotel and it was delicious and had espresso drinks. I loved this little gem and would totally stay there again. "
