"Very convenient hotel located a few minutes from ZAG airport. The desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff could benefit from some basic customer service skills like smiling to the customer (!), but this is a minor thing. Also the hotel could benefit from having self-serve coffee/cappuccino machines. It's a bit cumbersome to have to ask for coffee at a breakfast buffet"
"A beautiful room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Breakfast excellent. Close to trams so being away from the city center was not a problem - also an easy walk to Center. We walked from the bus terminal with our bags no problem - nice foot paths all the way. No cooling on air conditioning at in October but a big window can open to let fresh air into the room. Fresh paint and decor. Perfect."
"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I wish we had stayed more than one night! The rooms are clean and updated and have all amenities you’d expect. The robes and slippers were a nice touch!
The sunset view from our room was absolutely amazing. We had dinner at the steakhouse and the food and service were both good. The breakfast buffet also has a really nice selection and real brewed coffee, which was a nice change from our other accommodations.
I highly recommend this hotel! One of the best we’ve stayed at in Europe! "
