Food was really good but they definitely need to make some adjustments. Lines were huge for breakfast and lunch stations.
They were not that good with snacks and the Entertainment is not the best for adults.
It is a really good place for kids and families. Not so much for couples.

"The service and the food were excellent. For those that don't speak Portuguese, most staff spoke good English. At the onsite restaurants they also had photos with the menu and multiple language options.
The spa was very relaxing and included a steam room and sauna. The jacuzzi was inside the spa area and looked out onto the pool and the ocean.
