"Check-in took nearly an hour upon arrival, not ideal after a 7 hour flight. Breakfast was a busy experience as the waiting staff were struggling to attend to everybody in quick enough time. The room was very cozy & comfortable but the cleaning staff failed to remove food from the fridge left by previous guests."
