"I wasn't there for the shopping, just needed a break as it was a long time coming, everything was perfect, i felt i could free roam without questions asked, the staff were amazing, cannot fault them, i am a night owl, i sleep or i don't and the last night before i left i had a conversation with a member of staff named Seamus and he told me that was only his second shift at Park House Hotel, i was blown away, he was so happy to listen to my troubles, was brilliant all round, no faults whatsoever. Thank you. The only downside was the room key system, i thought it was out of date to have a key to have to lock the room when you leave it, i think that might be a thing that really needs updating with a key card and on leaving the room it automatically locks but other than that no qualms."
"Awesome stay at Pelham Lodge - super friendly and helpful owner who couldn't do more to make sure I had an enjoyable time in Blackpool. Great room and fantastic value as well."
"When we arrived got to we had not got breakfast but we had, she then apologies for a roof leak on the staircase. When we got back from the sole suit at 10pm she was moving people into other rooms she said roof was leaking due to the amount of rain however our room was dry but we had no electricity she said we could go find another hotel and have a refund or say and get a discount as we would be going straight to bed we said ok get a discount. We did get breakfast and it was ok.
It’s now two weeks and still no discount even though they said we would get 50% back."
