Bad points
- Nothing to do with hotel but BKC itself needs civic engagement/help to make the outdoors better
- Maybe due to location but I find there is quite a lot of police presence which can be worrying and off-putting

"The Executive Salon Room, with Full Sea/Beach View, is probably the best place to spend a vacation with family in Mumbai. The Room offers spectacular view of the sunset in the Arabian Sea. The good food and extremely helpful nature of the staff made our stay even more memorable."

"The hotel is always great, rooms are comfortable, bed is soft and welcoming, shower is hot and strong, and the food in this hotel is simply amazing. The management made sure to take care of me in ways the ITC Grand Central completely failed. This is by far the better of the two ITC hotels in Mumbai. Highly recommended."
