"Amazing service I went with my friend for her 85th birthday. On arrival they wished her happy birthday, gave her a gift then room service bought a birthday cake. Staff lovely and helpful. Very clean beds sooo comfy. Excellent location going again definitely. Oh breakfast best ive ever had and i have stayed in different hotels this is tge best.try the cinnamon toast delicious. Friendly from start to finish nothing too much trouble. Thank you so much x"

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The room was clean, comfortable and a great size. The staff wa friendly and helpful. The lobby was beautiful. The location was ideal. We were a close walk to all of the major sights, and It was only a 4 minute walk to the Victoria Palace theater where we had tickets to Hamilton. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Amazing stay at The Tower Bridge hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, clean room with a gteat view. Fan provided. Didnt eat at the hotel but visited Vicinity and Vu bars where staff provided excellent service. Would like to have sat at The Lawn but there were no tables available."

"Staff were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Property was clean, quiet, comfortable and within walking distance to most attractions I wanted to visit. There’s a strong smell of fragrance upon entering the hotel lobby that triggered my allergies but I did not smell it anywhere else within the premises."
