Stay was fine. The thermostat was broke in my room and they said they had no one to fix it and they were booked up. They ended up changing my room, but that meant the next person was going to have a broken thermostat.
Next I paid for the room in full before I got there. They took my card like normal but proceeded to charge me for the room again. 3 weeks later, I am still trying to get them to refund me.
The rooms are nice, the staff was nice, but just too many issues to rate higher.
