Ideally placed for the New Forest, Southampton and Bournemouth, we stayed 1 night while visiting the New Forest. We were made to feel welcome, which instantly made us relaxed. The room was clean, well decorated, the bed was comfortable. The bed linen and towels felt luxurious. The weekend breakfast was excellent, we started with fresh fruit and yoghurt (cereals were also on offer) then had a full English which was cooked to perfection using good quality ingredients.

As a single fe.ale staying away for work, im always worried booking rooms. I was anxious as i turned up to the property as it was in a wooded area. These worries qas soon squashed as i was welcomed by the owner toni. The owners where lovely and showed me to my room. The room was spacious, clean with an amazing view of the front garden. The room had a hairdryer, kettle with tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was also a pack of two biscuits. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious with a great choice. I highly recommend and will be staying again

Modernes Zimmer, Parken direkt vor der Tür, gute Verkehranbindung (zB Southampton, New Forest NP), unter der Woche kontinentales Frühstücksbuffet mit viel frischem Obst und am Wochenende warmes Frühstück mit unterschiedlichen Wahlmöglichkeiten, Restaurantbetrieb zum Mittag und Abend, Essen sehr gut! Nicely renovated! I really liked the new carpet through out and the nice new bathroom. My room had recently been repainted and was very spacious. I had a nice TV and good double glazed windows. I had no noises in the night and very friendly management. I liked the breakfast too, fresh fruit! I find it hard to find fresh fruit when I travel, and the addition of great pastries, jam and cereals was nice.
