We cannot stay in Hotel Om Residency because the operator told us that he has not informations about. I didnot know why althougt I already paid to hotel.com. We moved to other hotel and paid with
cash. Hotel.com must refund to me. I donot want to know about communication between Hotel.com and Om residency.

We were denied entry by Hotel and HOTEL.COM is also not able to connect with the property. Pls do the refund ASAP
