When I arrived at the hotel reception, there was no one in sight. I waited 15 minutes, then walked around to the TSix5 (sister) hotel where they told me I'd been 'upgraded' to the Phenominal. The staff at the Phenominal were very welcoming, but the hotel itself was just OK and I thought a bit bland. I preferred the room at the TSix5 where I stayed a few months ago. Overall, it was acceptable, but I must say I was very disappointed that there was no-one, no information or no explanation at the TSix5 Quarter to tell me that the hotel was 'out-of-action' for some reason. If I wasn't already familiar with the sister hotel (and so knew where to ask), I would have been quite upset and alarmed at the lack of consideration for a guest who had already paid in full.
