Rooms are really tiny. Even smaller than when i got downtown Tokyo. The bedroom is barely twice the size of the bathroom. Situated just under the train bridge, it's very noisy and i had to sleep with ear plugs which i rarely do appart from muslim countries due to the muezin calling at 5am. The reception didn't make any problem when i requested to be changed from ground floor to 1st floor where nobody whas talking noisily in the corridor. It's not the hotel's fault best some guests need to understand that some people sleep in hotels, and even that people can be heavily jetlagged. So if propose a room on the ground floor close to the lobby, refuse! It's a trap!
And the breakfast as just a joke considering the price of the hotel. I do understand this Manhattan, everything is expensive, but for this price, even in Paris, San Francisco or Tokyo you have some decent coffee, with real bread and butter and some one is there to serve you eggs and bacon. I changed for a hotel just 30mns from there and on the other side of the Hudson river and the size of the room is just 3 times this one, the breakfast is ok, the coffee is good and i can't hear the neighboors laughing of fvck!ng.
