Excellent location and fine accommodations for the price. Self-service breakfast included. Clean and nicely decorated. The rooftop area is a nice place to see the lights of the Manhattan Bridge. We've stayed there twice and will definitely return.

Nice little place to sleep in NYC

Hotel was nice, well kept and clean. Room itself was small, but we knew to expect it, so it wasn't a problem. We didn't really spend much time there. Bathroom was good, shower had good pressure and enough hot water. Breakfast was better than we expected. Nothing fancy though, but for an American hotel it was good. Location was good as subway was close. Area was bit shady though.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, if a bit spartan. Location is great for exploring the lower half of Manhattan. Very convenient to the subway. I look forward to returning.
