It is difficult to give a review when the Hotel booked for you is closed and seems to have been closed for months! I was forced to find alternative accommodation at short notice incurring unwelcome extra expense and a great deal of stress. No reply to a message to Hotels.com at all. I could not complain or review until now as I was away from home for 7 days. Do not rely on Hotels.com.

Nie wieder!
Toilettensitz war kaputt. Wasserhahn lief. Als man bescheid sagte, bekam man die Antwort "Relax"! Dusche war dreckig. Handtücher schmutzig. WiFi nach drei Tagen nicht mehr vorhanden. Check Out Zeit ist 10 Uhr. Um 9.55 Uhr wurde gegen die Tür geklopft und unfreundlich gerufen Check Out!

The property was awful smallest room we've ever stayed in smelt damp shower tray had hole's in it and dirty (couldn't bring myself to get in it) only thing that was clean was the linen, even when we arrived the reception didn't know what room we we're in because he didn't have his glassess so i had to find out for myself. the hotel in general was bad. As a big company i would get someone to go and do an inspection on it yoursevles. Very disappointed customer here.
